Jessica Heil
Office Manager

Lewis Heil
Owner/Operator

Lewis Heil is a Montana native, born and raised in Billings. He is a 2006 graduate of Montana State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology. He spent 12 years as a Construction Superintendent on the reconstruction of the Going-to-the-Sun Highway in Glacier National Park. Lewis has dedicated his career to providing superior construction services to his clients while also cultivating relationships with other local service providers resulting in an extensive network of contacts.

Jessica Heil is a Montana native and also a 2006 graduate from Montana State University. She holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Accountancy and has over 19 years of corporate and insurance accounting. Jessica is responsible for the day-to-day accounting, insurance procurement, human resources and keeping Lewis in line.

When not working, the Dream Team enjoys fishing and keeping up with children, Eli & Eva.
